BELIZE BLUE HOLE DIVING

The Great Blue Hole is one of Belize's top attraction and one of its most (if not the most) mysterious.

It boasts a rich habitat for a variety of marine life such as black tip sharks, nurse sharks, reef sharks, giant groupers, just to name a few.

But, what is the Blue Hole, really? Well, it has been concluded that it is a giant sink hole that is located off the coast of Belize, just near the center of the Light House Reef.

Hmmm, wondering who named the Blue Hole? Well, his name is Ned Middleton, a British diver who lived in Belize for around 6 months.

There are much more mysteries to the Blue Hole. Book a tour today with us and learn all about it first hand.

We almost forgot to answering one of the most asked questions about the Belize Blue Hole - what are it's dimensions? The hole is circular in shape and has over 300 meters across and 125 meters deep. It is the world’s largest natural formation of its kind and is part of the Belize Barrier Reef System.
