Booking & Cancellation Policy

All confirmation invoices reflect charges in US dollars.

Deposit policy

A 50% deposit is required immediately to confirm a booking. Full payment must be received at least 48 hours before the tour date.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations received within 45 days of the tour date are eligible for a refund less a US$50 charge and a 12.5% General Sales Tax processing fee.
• No refunds are given for unused portions of a package or tour.
• Your credit-card company may apply additional foreign transaction, bank or exchange-rate charges. Go Sea Tours does not control those charges and charges only the amount you authorize.
• Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
